Online Donations
The Online Donations feature helps you track and manage member contributions, including both one-time and recurring donations.
Accessing Online Donations
Navigate to Stewardship > Online Donations in the sidebar.
Donation List
The donation list shows all recorded donations:
Date -- When the donation was made
Donor Name -- Who made the donation
Amount -- Donation value
Category -- Type of giving (tithe, offering, missions, etc.)
Payment Method -- How the donation was made (cash, check, online, etc.)
Status -- Payment status (completed, pending, failed)
Fund -- Which ministry fund it's directed to
Searching & Filtering
Search by donor name or reference
Filter by date range, category, payment method, or status
Sort by date, amount, or donor name
Recording a Donation
Click Record Donation or Add Donation.
Fill in the donation details:
Donor -- Select the member making the donation
Date -- When the donation was received
Amount -- The donation value
Category -- Select the giving category (tithe, offering, building fund, etc.)
Payment Method -- How it was given (cash, check, online transfer, etc.)
Fund -- Assign to a specific ministry fund (optional)
Reference -- Check number or transaction reference (optional)
Notes -- Any additional context (optional)
Click Save.
Recurring Donations
StewardTrack supports recurring donation tracking:
Viewing Recurring Donations
Navigate to the Recurring tab to see:
Donor Name
Amount per cycle
Frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
Status (active, paused, cancelled)
Next Payment Date
Total Donated over the life of the recurring plan
Managing Recurring Donations
Click on a recurring donation to view its details:
Payment history -- All past payments from this recurring plan
Plan details -- Amount, frequency, start date
Status management -- Pause, resume, or cancel the plan

Click on any donation to see its full details:
Complete donation information
Donor's profile link
Transaction reference
Related financial record
Sharing Your Donation Link
StewardTrack provides tools to share your online giving page:
Copy Link -- Copy the donation portal URL to your clipboard
QR Code -- Generate a QR code for printed materials or screens
Social Media -- Share directly to social platforms
Fee Tracking
Each online donation records the processing fees:
Payment processor fee -- The fee charged by the payment provider
Platform fee -- StewardTrack processing fee
Net amount -- The actual amount received by the church
Online Payment Integration
StewardTrack integrates with online payment providers to accept donations electronically:
Members can donate online through your church's giving page
Supported payment methods include cards (Visa, Mastercard), e-wallets (GCash, Maya), and bank transfers
Donations are automatically recorded in the system
Recurring donations are managed automatically
Payment confirmation emails are sent to donors
Donor information is encrypted at rest for privacy
Donor Giving History
From a donation record, you can navigate to the donor's profile to see their complete giving history, which is useful for generating contribution statements and tax receipts.
Best Practices
Categorize consistently -- Always assign the correct giving category for accurate reporting
Record promptly -- Enter donations as soon as they're received
Match to deposits -- Reconcile donations with bank deposits regularly
Protect privacy -- Donation amounts are sensitive data; ensure only authorized users have access
