Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrading your StewardTrack subscription unlocks additional features for your church.

How to Upgrade

From the Sidebar

  1. Click on any feature with a crown icon in the sidebar.

  2. An upgrade modal will appear showing:

    • The feature you're trying to access

    • Which tier is required

    • Pricing information

  3. Click Upgrade to proceed to the checkout flow.

From Settings

  1. Navigate to Administration > Settings.

  2. Find the Subscription section.

  3. Select the plan you'd like to upgrade to.

  4. Follow the checkout process.

The Upgrade Process

  1. Select your new plan -- Choose the tier that fits your needs.

  2. Review pricing -- See the cost difference and billing details.

  3. Complete payment -- Enter payment information and confirm.

  4. Features activate -- New features become available immediately after payment is confirmed.

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • Immediate access -- Premium features unlock right away

  • No data loss -- All your existing data is preserved

  • Pro-rated billing -- You only pay the difference for the remaining billing period

  • Sidebar updates -- Crown icons are removed from features now available to you

Downgrading

If you need to downgrade to a lower tier:

  • Contact support or use the subscription management interface

  • Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period

  • Features from the higher tier will become unavailable after the downgrade

  • Your data is preserved but access to premium features is locked

Important: Before downgrading, ensure you won't lose access to features critical to your church's operations.

Switching Between Plans

  • Upgrades take effect immediately

  • Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current billing cycle

  • You can switch from any tier to any other tier
